I am responsible for planning, creating and scheduling organic content across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest and Linked In.
I also create and manage paid ads for Facebook, running at least 5 campaigns at a time.
I shoot in-house to capture any extra content we need, mainly for social competitions and ads.
I work with the team to shoot video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
I create monthly reports to track progress and ensure we're hitting KPIs.
I also work closely with the PR team to generate UGC that is relevant to the Joshua James customer.

Love Your Body

In 2022, we launched the Love Your Body campaign in collaboration with influencer Jess Megan, with 20% of all proceeds going to the eating disorder charity Beat.
Our launch post on Instagram has generated an impressive organic reach with results of over 16,000 likes and over 600 comments.
Traffic from social channels increased by 700% compared to the previous period, with revenue from social channels increasing by 306%. We saw an increase in engagement on Instagram by 203% and generated almost 2,000 new followers.
In 2021 I was responsible for a 50% increase in Instagram followers and overhauled the account to create a cohesive, on-brand aesthetic.
Working with the Graphic Designer, we created simple stories icons that act as go-to places for information on the most important topics to the JJ customer.
As the sole Social Exec, I have been responsible for introducing new content types. From reels to guides, various types have been trialled.
I have also worked with the wider marketing team to coordinate influencer posts and developed a UGC campaign through #lovejjj
